Marian is a master of using the Scene Machine virtual background system to enhance her studio portraiture…making her studio portraiture look very different from the traditional studio look with plain canvas backgrounds. The Scene Machine enables Marian to bring a whole world of backgrounds into her studio camera room where she has total control of the environment and can switch in seconds from one background to another.Backgrounds can range from traditional studio canvas to exotic Tahitian sunsets. All Marian Oles sittings begin with a personal consultation so she can understand each subject’s lifestyle and personal needs for their portraiture before she begins her work. She never just sits a subject down in front of the camera and snaps away.
